By accessing or using the Contrie API and website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Contrie provides an AI-powered web extraction API that allows you to extract structured data from websites using natural language prompts. The service is provided on a subscription basis with usage limits based on your plan tier.
You agree to use Contrie only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to extract data in violation of any website's terms of service, scrape personal data without consent, or engage in any activity that could harm the service or its users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extracted data complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard and create a new one.
Each plan has a monthly page extraction limit. Usage resets on the first of each calendar month. If you exceed your limit, API requests will be rejected until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan. Unused pages do not roll over.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
